I don't know what it is about planning what to eat and drink for the day ahead but people often don't like the idea of doing it and/or underestimate how powerful it is! In this episode, I explain why it's so helpful and encourage you to try it out. I'm not talking about logging things in My Fitness Pal. There's an even simpler way of doing things which feels far less 'diety'.
