In my 12 week 1:1 coaching programme, I help my clients understand their current eating and drinking habits so that they can change their behaviours at the root cause.
I give them tools that work and comprehensive support to apply them.
They become accountable to themselves and develop the skills to follow through with supportive eating and drinking that creates the outcomes they want: lightness in mind and body.
