I had piled on weight in the last couple of years and my Jan 2024 resolution was to lose it. I had a go in Jan / Feb 24 and lost a few pounds but found it really tough going, not sustainable and I swiftly put the few pounds I had lost back on again. I was looking for some guidance and support to facilitate my weight loss as my solo attempt had not produced the results I wanted. In March 2024 I was googling for diet support / nutritionist and found Sally's and I am so incredibly glad that I did. 

In the first 12 weeks I had lost 2 stone, was back in a healthy BMI and have transformed my body shape.
