2. Orders & Contract
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email acknowledging it.
This does not mean we have accepted your order.
A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email that your order has been accepted.
If we cannot fulfil your order (e.g. out of stock), we will notify you and refund your payment.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses [and international addresses if applicable].

5. Cancellations & Returns
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To cancel, please contact us by email. You must return the book to us within 14 days of cancellation, at your own cost.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned book (including standard delivery costs, if paid).
This cancellation right does not apply to personalised or signed copies.
If your book is faulty or damaged, please contact us for a replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Intellectual Property
All copyright and intellectual property rights in the book and this website belong to us (or our licensors). You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content without permission.
7. Privacy
We will use your personal information only to process your order and deliver your book.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. postal strikes).
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
