The alcohol-free movement fails you.
Whilst it can absolutely be the best route for some, it limits the change that’s available to those of us that don’t want to quit drinking alcohol entirely.
Things don’t have to be so black and white.
I believe there’s power to be found in the grey and that moderation is possible for many of us that want it.
Once you teach yourself that you’re a moderate and selective drinker (drinking on your terms in a way you like) your relationship with alcohol can keep positively evolving from there.
It stops being a fraught and overwhelming part of your life.
Love How You Drink is a movement to help you reconnect with the joys and pleasures of life without abandoning yourself or regretting your behaviour in the process.

Who this is and isn’t for
The Love How You Drink Coaching programme is not for alcoholics.
It’s for high functioning women who know that they could change their drinking habits if they had the support and accountability of a coach.
