In this episode, I explore how connecting with the neutral facts of the situation that's triggering you, as well as the outcomes (life experience) your actions will create for you, helps you to self-coach in the moment and meaningfully change the way you're thinking about any situation you're in. 

It's about taking back your power. 

Start asking these questions when you notice an uncomfortable feeling or you're doing something that you hadn't planned on doing and which doesn't feel empowered, and notice how even just asking the questions can help you take a different path to the one your old patterns and thinking might have chosen.
