Ep 83: Reframing Your Summer Urges

In this episode, I share how I felt strong urge for more food last week and explain the reframe that helped me to navigate it with power.
I think this could be such a helpful tool to bring with you into the summer holidays where we tend to experience more cravings for the food (and drinks) we don't normally get to have all year-round.
The more you react and treat your body from this energy, the more likely you'll come back from whatever you've been doing feeling proud and in control (and weight loss will be a natural by-product over time).
