Do you have memories and experiences from your past about your weight, body and food that you think still inform your actions and choices today? If so, listen to this episode to hear me explain how I've been using EMDR therapy to reprocess some formative memories and move past them.
All thoughts are optional and subjective, and nothing means anything until we attach a thought to it. Our feelings and actions (which are driven by our thoughts) are our responsibility so it's crucial we take ownership of the thoughts driving them so that we create the results we want in our life now.
