Using the thought model really helped me to stop emotionally eating in the way that I was. It made me feel more in control and capable of choosing a different path for myself. In this short episode, I explain how to use the thought model to differentiate between physical and emotional hunger, and how to stop using the circumstances you face (like a hard day at work) as a reason to eat.
