Why Love How you Eat
When I first thought of Love How You Eat, it immediately made me smile. It made my heart feel full and I knew it was right.
I’ve learnt so much from the incredible women I’ve had the privilege to coach (as well as from my own journey) on transforming eating and drinking habits.
Love How You Eat is the distillation of it all.
Condensing and simplifying everything into a doable method that will ensure you’re doing what it really takes to feel fabulous and at home in your body.
Let’s face it. Sally Webster Coaching is a boring name!
And I wanted something that instantly connects women with my mission to help them genuinely feel their best.
It’s positive. Hopeful. Aligned. And it’s how we all want to feel about food.
Because after over a thousand hours of coaching women on their weight loss goals and eating habits, and seeing what works and what doesn’t, one thing has become incredibly clear.
It’s not the food — it’s not how “good” or “bad” it is or whether it’s keto or carb-laden!
It’s whether we feel empowered eating it.
And to feel empowered when you’re eating, not only do you need to genuinely like your reasons, but you need to be physically hungry. And if you’re hungry when you start, you will know when to stop.
The body and mind will work together, just as they’re meant to.
I know you know how heavy and complicated it feels when this dynamic isn’t at play… when you eat in a way that your future self would tell you to stop, but you just can’t help yourself in the moment.
THIS ☝🏼 IS WHAT I WANT TO HELP YOU TO STOP DOING. I have the tools that work — if you’re willing to commit to the goal and process.
I know that if you can focus on this shift using the strategies I teach, incredible results will follow.
You will find your natural weight and sustain it.
No pills, no quick-fixes, no negative side-effects, no drastic rebounds.
Only positive side effects — like better emotional management, increased confidence, considered reactions.
You will love how you eat, drink, take care of yourself, and live your damn life.
And that’s what I want for you — to be able to live the life you want in a body that feels good to you.
At a time when it feels like everyone wants to medicate their hunger and desire away, and be thin no matter what, I want to be the hope and possibility for those that want something else.
Medication has its place.
But I’m here to serve those who want to believe in their capacity to change unwanted habits by changing the way they think, feel and react.
Because I know we have that ability within us, we just don’t all know the tools that actually work!
I hope this excites you and that you’ll stay with me to become your best self.
Let’s make it our mission to get MORE joy and pleasure from food so that eating feels good — in mind AND body.
